Notes and caveats
First GBA-attributed and first drains_lakes record on this site. Corporation set to North as a placeholder (Hebbal/Nagawara are North Bengaluru) — not yet mapped to wards. Funding is unresolved: this project's source (Oneindia, 2026-05-15) describes the Hebbal component as "part of a larger World Bank-assisted lake restoration programme" (which would make it externally funded), while separate, unverified reporting attributes a ₹20 cr figure to the National Disaster Mitigation Fund (a central government fund) for what may be the same or a related work package. Rather than pick one framing, no money_entry is recorded for this project yet — this is flagged as a priority for the next quarterly sweep.
