This is the thinnest kind of record the site tracks: a single announced figure with no DPR, tender or sanction order behind it yet, kept deliberately rather than left out — the absence of anything more substantial is itself the finding (spec P2). A separate, larger ₹40 cr Cubbon Park redevelopment plan (Smart City-era, phased) and a ₹250 cr, 153-acre Basavanna Biodiversity Park near Yelahanka (Forest Department / KFDC, cabinet-approved 2026-01-03) were also found during collection but are not recorded here: the biodiversity park's implementing agency does not fit this site's tracked agency list, and the older Cubbon Park smart-city figures were not independently re-verified in this pass.
