Context
Airport Depot (Doddajala) civil works, awarded to a J Kumar Infraprojects–AIC Infrastructures joint venture (J Kumar's stake ≈₹100.29 cr excl. GST); BMRCL's own estimate had been ₹204.68 cr. Phase 2B is financed in part by a US$500 million Asian Development Bank loan approved December 2020 — this entry covers only the depot package, not the whole phase.
Sanctioned, released and spent are different things: an allocation is not evidence money was spent. Part figures cover one contract, loan or package and are never used as the project's cost.
