Notes and caveats
Opened in two sections: Baiyyappanahalli–KR Pura (2023-03) and KR Pura–Whitefield (2023-10), per The Metro Rail Guy. No money_entry recorded yet — a ₹4,845 cr figure, and separately a Reach 1A/1B breakdown (₹670.72 cr + ₹666.12 cr = ₹1,300 cr to "Italian-Thai Development", tendered Dec 2016, awarded May 2017) were reported but could not be directly verified against a fetchable primary or news source in two collection passes — the Deccan Herald article usually cited for this is not fetchable, and a themetrorailguy.com article covering this line's construction names the contractor as "ITD Cementation India" rather than "Italian-Thai Development" without giving a value, which may or may not be the same reporting (ITD Cementation India is a related but legally distinct, India-listed subsidiary of the Thai parent company). Given the unresolved contractor-name discrepancy, no cost figure is recorded here pending clearer sourcing.
